Painted Leaf Ghosts and Monsters

These Painted Leaf Ghosts and Monsters are very easy and so much fun to paint. My girl enjoyed making them. They are not not scary and yet so very Halloweeny.
Painted Leaf Ghosts and Monsters
It all started with Putti wanting to paint some of the leaves she collected on her walks, which happens very often these days . This time she chose some glitter paints. Here are some of her painted leaves  which she has done many times in the past too.

After these dried, she went on to add details on some of them. Along with the usual polka dots and stripes that she always paints, she made some face this time. And that last white leaf got me thinking of ghost.

So, I asked if she wanted to paint more leaves white? Well off course she did  say yes. She then painted the leaves white and later added googly eyes, painted mouth and all.

This is our Leaf Ghosts Family. If you have been reading my blog for sometime now, you will know that most of our art and craft work end being a family:)

After making a bunch of these white ghosts she wanted to make some colorful ones too and went on adding googly eyes to the other painted leaves creating some painted leaf monsters.
